Even their current position within their law firm is considered.
Then, the highest-scoring candidates reevaluate all other candidates in their respective areas of practice. This step is referred to as the “Blue Ribbon Review.” From here, only the top-rated candidates are chosen for Super Lawyers® or Rising Stars, depending on how long they have been in practice and their age bracket.
